Resolve the Ponzi Scheme known as Social Security. Bernie Maddoff was found guilty of operating a Ponzi Scheme, why are the Democrats not wearing orange jump suits now for the same crime. The States need to step forward and pursue action against the Federal Government to recover the Social Security trust monies and recover the loss of wealth and homes by Nevadans due to the Fannie Mae scam.
Congress established Social Security with the intent to collect the funds and place them in a "Trust Fund". They have absconded with the Funds. Congress exempts themselves and special Teachers Union groups from Social Security. For the past 30 years their monies are safe, where is ours? The Congress has violated the intent of the law and that is a crime.
